With over a decade of experience in organization and management across various industries, I've developed the ability to bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex and often overwhelming situations. My background has always centered around helping people: creating order, managing moving parts, and ensuring nothing important falls through the cracks.
While my professional experience was built outside of the estate space, my understanding of estate clearing became deeply personal after the passing of my aunt. Navigating that process firsthand revealed just how overwhelming it can be, emotionally and logistically. The volume of decisions, the coordination required, and the weight of responsibility during a time of grief is something no one should have to face alone.
That experience is what led me to create Empowered Estates.
Today, I support individuals and families through estate clearing and transitions with a thoughtful, organized, and compassionate approach. I bring the same level of structure and care from my professional background into every project, helping simplify the process, reduce stress, and create a clear path forward.

With a background in organization, client care, and compassionate service, Sarah recognized a need for a more thoughtful approach to estate work. Too often, transitions were treated as transactions rather than deeply personal experiences, leaving families overwhelmed and forced to make difficult decisions under emotional strain.
Motivated by both personal experience and a commitment to service, Sarah partnered with Rachel to lead Empowered Estates with a clear philosophy: every home deserves respect, every family deserves guidance, and every transition should be handled with care. Together they built the company on the belief that compassion and professionalism are not separate values, but essential partners.
